Paper copies of the rulebook are usually printed in the UK and despatched from here. However, it can also be printed in the US and shipped direct to addresses in North America. This is faster than shipping from the UK.

The rulebook is also available as a PDF document (~3 Mb). Each PDF is personalised with "This rulebook belongs to..."  just after the title page.

Note that the PDF version does not include the 'pull-out' tables as these are already available as a PDF (along with a blank character sheet) on the 'Useful stuff' page.
